If you have questions concerning the operation of the equipment you purchased from our company, please contact Sherisa McClellan  in our Fort Worth offices at 817-249-9950. Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. The warranty and/or guarantee on products sold by Regent Sales are the terms of the original equipment manufacturer of the product, not Regent Sales. Regent Sales will assist with facilitating communication with the manufacturer to assist our customers.

Statement of Guarantee
 Regent Sales will guarantee that products sold to State customers will have replacement parts available for a period of 3 years from the time of their discontinued status with the original equipment manufacturer. If Regent Sales, Inc. cannot supply these repair parts directly to the customer we will assist in communication with the original equipment manufacturer to bring about repairs.
